Dao-in Yoga and Taijiquan

We’ll be sharing new exciting skills in this format to bring you the most powerful hour of energy cultivation you have ever experienced.

On Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings we will be meeting at Harold Henry Park, a little after 8am please join us for an hour or more of Dao-in Yoga and Taijiquan. Please note that new class times are 8:15-9:45am. The park is located a few blocks northwest of Crenshaw and Olympic Blvd at: 890 S. Lucerne Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90005. There is no cost for this class, but since it is held outside, in inclement weather, class may be canceled without notice. Please feel free to contact me directly if you are interested in joining this class and I will notify you in case of last minute cancellation. Confirm your attendance by reaching out to me today.

We have a new schedule for Dao-in Yoga on Tuesdays at 8am. Please join us at Yo San University Community Clinic Tai Chi Studio. These hour long weekly classes are offered to the public during the weeks while students are matriculating. Usually each term lasts about fifteen weeks with a two week break between semesters.  Unfortunately, there will not be enough time to practice Taijiquan during these classes. However, we will be practicing the same Dao-in Yoga exercises to attune our body, build strength and flexibility, for improved longevity and quality of life every Tuesday at this location too. Yo San University is located within minutes of Venice Beach, near Mar Vista: 13315 W. Washington Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90066, Phone 310-902-7222.

Please ring the Clinic on the buzzer outside the door and join us on the second floor, down the hall in the Tai Chi Studio. Check in with Sean at the Library, on the 3rd Floor for attendance and registration. Payments are only $10 per class or $40 for a whole month of classes, offered by various practitioners, four days per week! Remember we will take a break for a couple weeks after mid December, but then we will start again in the new year. I look forward to seeing you there.
